In this role, youll manage residential and commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish, working closely with clients, subcontractors, and insurance adjusters. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of reconstruction projects

  • Evaluate job scope, educate clients, and sell project solutions

  • Create and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and documentation

  • Coordinate and onboard subcontractors and resource providers

  • Communicate effectively with insurance adjusters, customers, and internal teams

  • Review and negotiate scopes and estimates using Xactimate

  • Ensure all required permits are secured and compliance is met

  • Uphold quality standards, safety protocols, and exceptional customer service

Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in reconstruction or restoration project management

  • Strong understanding of insurance claims and construction lifecycle

  • Proficient with Xactimate and skilled in writing detailed scopes

  • Experience managing subcontractors and vendors

  • Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • IICRC certifications are a plus

  • Valid drivers license required

  • Background check will be completed as part of the onboarding process, in compliance with applicable laws

  • Must have valid drivers license and ability to pass background check and drug screening

Schedule
  • Full-Time, MondayFriday

  • Some travel required for project oversight; per diem provided for travel-related assignments.

  • On-site at various project locations across Saginaw, Bay City, and surrounding Michigan service areas.
