Receptionist - Ambulatory at Holzer Health System – Gallipolis, Ohio

The Receptionist is responsible for performing a variety of registration and front desk functions across multiple systems, programs, and policies related to the revenue cycle. Reporting directly to the Clinical/Site/Practice Manager, this role is essential in supporting daily registration operations. The Receptionist ensures compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards while coordinating provider schedules, managing patient registration processes, and delivering outstanding customer service. The receptionist’s expertise in managing registration processes and navigating multiple systems is essential to the success of our operations and patient experience.

Education and Work Experience

• High School graduate or equivalent

• One to two years’ experience in a service-related field preferred, but not required
