Basic Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 6 years relevant experience. General Dynamics experience is preferred.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to obtain a Department of Defense TS/SCI security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

We apply advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, AR/VR, Cloud Native and Quantum Physics to solve our customers’ missions in cyber, RF, undersea, interstellar and everything in between.

We rely heavily on our Senior Advanced Security Associates for the proper handling of classified materials and site visit arrangements. In this position, you’ll issue company identification badges, maintain database accuracy and process and maintain personnel security clearances for employees and consultants in an industrial security office. Responsibilities include interviewing employees and consultants to verify accuracy of data; assisting in the completion of government personnel security questionnaires and related documents; reviewing documents to determine pre-established classification level based on contract or security guidance, distribution requirements and processes distribution requests according to established procedures; and conducting accountability and reconciliation audits for all COMSEC In-Processing records, Special Access Program (SAP), or Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) programs.

What you bring to the table:
  • A High School diploma or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 6 years relevant experience; General Dynamics experience preferred
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Distinct knowledge of all security policies and procedures and ability to interpret security requirements and apply them consistently across diverse situations
  • Ability to provide leadership using your functional knowledge and interpersonal skills
  • Active Secret clearance is preferred

Combined Salary Range

USD $33.48 - USD $35.10 /Hr.
