Night Shift | 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM (8-hour shifts) + Saturday Overtime

We are hiring a dependable De-Palletizer Operator to support a fast-paced food and beverage manufacturing team. This role plays a key part in keeping production moving efficiently by safely operating equipment, handling materials, and maintaining quality and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate the depalletizer to feed bottles/cans into the production line
• Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, and stage materials
• Make basic equipment adjustments to maintain production flow
• Identify and troubleshoot minor equipment issues; escalate when needed
• Complete required scanning, documentation, or data entry
• Follow all safety, SQF, and food safety procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Collaborate with production, warehouse, and maintenance teams

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Forklift operation experience required
• Manufacturing experience preferred; food & beverage experience a plus
• Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
