| Job Summary | The College of Public Health seeks an Executive Assistant to provide senior level, confidential support for the Dean’s Office. This support will include, but not be limited to, navigating university regulations and policies, maintaining the Dean’s calendar, scheduling meetings, event support, and acting as the first point of contact for the Dean’s Office. Additional responsibilities will include maintaining supply inventory and placing orders as needed, tracking expenditures, submitting facilities requests, account reconciliations, taking minutes, and room reservations. Processing travel arrangements which includes flights, hotel reservations, transportation, etc. |
| Skills / Knowledge / Abilities | MS Office Suite to include Outlook 365, Excel, Word. SAP use and knowledge helpful but not required. Senior or Executive level administrative support. An ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service, organization, oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, planning and organizing and problem solving skills. |
