• FT Day shift (7a-3p) includes every other weekend
• PT Evening Shift (3p-11p) includes every other weekend

$33-$37 PER HOUR Depending on Benefits Selected
$2/hour Shift Differentials for Evenings
$2/hr bonus when assigned to work Complex Care/Respiratory Unit

The Responsibilities of the Licensed Practical Nurse are Consistent with those of Skilled Nursing Facilities in Illinois

Requirements:

of the Licensed Practical Nurse:

• Current LPN license from the State of Illinois
• Experience using Point Click Care (PCC) Documentation a PLUS!
• Previous experience in a Short or Long-Term Care facility or LTACH preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills; detail oriented
• Exceptional critical thinking skills
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality, in compliance with HIPAA standards
• Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding for older adults
