This role is housed within one of Qi's portfolio companies, a growing firm in the financial services space. As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you will be embedded directly within the portfolio company's team, reporting to its internal department heads and working day-to-day alongside its sales and operations staff. Qi is managing this search on behalf of the company as part of its ongoing commitment to supporting talent acquisition across its portfolio.
In this role, you will play a key role in building, analyzing, and optimizing outbound infrastructure and revenue systems. The position focuses on analytics, A/B testing, CRM optimization, and data-driven process improvement — blending operational rigor, technical skill, and creative problem-solving to improve how the team identifies, tracks, and evaluates growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
Analytics
- Design sales outreach cadences and A/B testing plans.
- Produce and distribute performance and statistical reports related to sales outreach and engagement.
- Analyze outreach performance, including key metrics such as response rates, contact quality, and conversion indicators.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of sales campaigns and outreach strategies, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Manage and organize account and lead assignments.
- Conduct historical data analysis and forecasting.
- Analyze sales calls and outreach performance data to identify messaging gaps, surface themes, and recommend improvements that strengthen positioning and increase conversion rates.
Strategic Outreach
- Execution of the Alternative Outreach Program, including:
- Parsing profiles via LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to facilitate new business connections.
- Designing outreach and engagement strategies with potential channel partners.
- Support engagement efforts with professional associations and industry organizations to identify opportunities for strategic collaboration and partnership alignment.
- Create and maintain a pipeline of industry events (e.g., conferences, summits) to identify lead generation and networking opportunities.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in revenue operations, business development, or CRM administration, or similar analytics roles.
- Advanced Salesforce proficiency automations.)
- Strong proficiency Excel (tables, nested formulas, modeling, scenario analysis.)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other business development tools.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
