Dispatcher (Onsite) at TAS Environmental Services – El Dorado, Arkansas

Overview - Position is 100% onsite

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatcher/Biller to join our team. The Dispatcher will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient communication between drivers and the operations team. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to providing excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Send invoices: Prepare and send invoices to customers/vendors
• Receive payments: Sort and track payments from customers
• Resolve issues: Respond to questions and issues about invoices
• Submit claims: Send claims when needed
• Ensure accuracy: Verify bills are accurate
• Provide reports: Create and provide reports to management when needed
• Coordinate and schedule transportation routes for drivers, ensuring accuracy and safety
• Communicate effectively with drivers using phone systems to provide real-time updates
• Monitor fleet operations and manage day to day activities
• Input and maintain accurate data in logs and systems
• Respond promptly to any issues or delays that arise during transportation
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations within the supply chain
• Will use Microsoft products to send emails and generate reports (Word, Outlook, Excel)

Competencies/Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to quickly and effectively relay information
• Proficiency in logistics management and supply chain processes
• Experience as a dispatcher is highly preferred
• Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records
• Experience with WasteLinq and Microsoft products is required
• Understanding Environmental Response route optimization is a plus
• Ability to work overtime and complete additional tasks when needed
• Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple tasks simultaneously
