Event Assistant (Entry Level with Paid Training)

Location: Long Beach, CA | On-Site

Are you ready to embark on a new challenge? Our client is their events team and seeking enthusiastic individuals to join the team as Entry-Level Event Assistants. Take the lead in marketing and sales at various pop-up events throughout the region.

Our client aims to onboard 5-7 new team members who will represent their primary client, complete the training program, and progress to a management position within 9-12 months. If you enjoy working with customers and can start within 1-2 weeks, we want to hear from you!

About the Role with Dynamic:

As an Event Assistant, you'll be an integral part of an on-site team at local events, representing a specific client and their products/services. You'll act as the face of the brand, increasing brand awareness, and market share.

Responsibilities:

• Spark conversations and engage with locals to gather opinions and feedback.
• Qualify customers, answer questions, and gauge their level of interest.
• Relate to customers, using stories or examples to overcome common objections.
• Promote current offers with integrity and enthusiasm, reflecting positively on the brand.
• Collect valuable feedback and complete sales transactions throughout the day.

Hours & Pay

Full-time availability but can be flexible and consider part-time hours (20+ hours per week over 3-4 days, Monday-Saturday). The offer is based on rate of pay with uncapped bonus/commission on top! Average earnings range between $700 - $1000 per week for this role.

Training & Support

Requirements:

• 18+ years of age and eligible to work in the USA.
• Customer service, retail sales, hospitality, food service, or similar experience is beneficial.
• Confidence in speaking directly with customers.
