EMT at Rapid Response EMS – Sunrise, Florida

We are seeking EMS Professionals to join our team! We are a private ambulance company, who is looking to hire EMTs for inter-facility transfers at our Hendry County location. Responsibilities: * Transport injured or sick individuals to medical facilities * Provide continuous care based on the nature and extent of illness or injury to patient * Administer prescribed treatment in-route to facility or in specially equipped vehicle * Monitor communication equipment to maintain contact with dispatcher * Communicate with medical personnel at emergency treatment facilities Qualifications: * 3 years verifiable clinical experience * High School Diploma or GED * Current Florida EMT certification * Current state driver's license * Clean driving record- no moving infractions within the last three years * EVOC or CEVO endorsement * Current valid certification in AHA BLS * Physical ability to perform all tasks required in the performance of typical duties including but not limited to pushing, pulling, bending/stooping, climbing, lifting at established weight requirements, etc. Monitor communication equipment to maintain contact with dispatcher Communicate with medical personnel at emergency treatment facilities Job Types: EMT Full-time, Per Diem .
