Summary
Summary:
Responsible for accounting duties such as billing, payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable etc. under the supervision of the Director of Accounting in Hong Kong. The Senior Accountant role needs to work closely with the Accounting Supervisor in Singapore, and the Accounting team in Hong Kong and US.
Duties and Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare bills with firm-wide accounting system
- Payroll preparation, including calculation and submission of salary tax
- Filing of GST returns
- Arrange expense reimbursements and suppliers’ payments
- Cash and bank balance reporting
- Monitor on invoice settlements
- Handle collection of outstanding bills
- Handle various tax registration and submission
- Participate in annual audit of the Singapore office
- Coordinate new matter opening and conflict search where necessary
- Any other adhoc duties
Qualifications
Requirements:
Education and/or Experience:
- Diploma/degree in Accounts disciplines
- Minimum 4 years relevant experience with law firm background is preferred
- Knowledge in Elite 3E is an advantage
