Hardware Test Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Engineer with expertise in hardware and PCB-level testing to support the design, validation, and production of electronic assemblies. The ideal candidate will develop and execute test plans, troubleshoot board-level issues, and ensure product reliability and compliance with industry standards.
This role is fully onsiteSalary: $120-140k/yr depending on experience Responsibilities:

• Develop, document, and execute test procedures for PCB assemblies, electronic components, and hardware systems.
• Perform functional, in-circuit, and environmental stress testing on PCB boards and subsystems.
• Design and maintain custom test fixtures, jigs, and automated test setups.
• Troubleshoot and isolate hardware/PCB failures to component level, performing root cause analysis and recommending corrective actions.
• Collaborate with hardware design, manufacturing, and quality teams to support new product introduction and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards (e.g., IPC, MIL-STD, or IEC) during testing and documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related discipline
• 4+ years related work experience
• PCB and/or general hardware test experience

$120,000 - $140,000 a year
