Job Description

Stavros is looking for a Contract Manager for the NEW Wheelchair Repair Contract. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree, or three to five years of Contract Management experience, preferably in a non-profit environment. Excellent communications and writing skills, and dedication to serving individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities: ensure compliance with the terms of the Contract, including securing and coordinating necessary resources. Oversee all contract-related activities, and act as liaison between Stavros, EOHHS and other provider(s) as needed. Monitor policies and procedures for effectiveness, and implement changes when necessary.

Ensure contract compliance by working with MassHealth and providers.

Track performance, metrics, and implement process and improvements to enhance service efficiency.

Liaise with suppliers and manufactures to source parts and stay updated on the latest wheelchair technologies.

Work with finance department on invoice for services and inventory.

Supervise and/or train technicians, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Oversee customer service, addressing consumer concerns and ensuring timely and effective repairs.

Oversee staff coordinating repair schedules, managing inventory, and ensure that all equipment and tools are available and in good condition.

Knowledgeable about the services provided by Stavros and represent Stavros in a professional manner. Aware of the Independent Living philosophy and encourage/ foster this in others.

  • Valid Driver's License if driving
  • Up to Date Auto Insurance if applicable
  • 5 years Management experience in Non- profit organization with responsibilities for contract and staff
  • Project management experience including inventory, distribution, and customer service.
  • Have excellent communication and documentation skills as well as computer proficiency including MS office ; MS outlook
  • Be well organized, self-motivated, and have reliable transportation
  • Be willing to travel long-distances (Within Massachusetts)
  • Having a familiarity/ experiences working with individuals with disabilities will be helpful
