If you prefer hands-on work and enjoy spending time in the great outdoors, come build a career within the transportation industry at Quality Counts (QC)! We are seeking a part-time Field Technician to join us in the exciting world of traffic data collection.

Field Technician-Transportation - Duties:

• Work roadside performing physical labor (e.g., installing video detection cameras)
• Create detailed field survey notes at collection locations
• Upload recorded video to our data team for processing

Field Technician- Transportation - Requirements:

• Has relevant labor experience and enjoys hands-on work
• Prefers working outside
• Flexibility to travel around the Midwest, with occasional paid overnight stays
• Can work daytime, nighttime, and the occasional Saturday or Sunday shift
• Thrives in an outdoor working environment
• Mechanical and computer skills recommended
• Self-motivated and can work independently
• Takes initiative and can solve problems on-the-go
• Doesn’t skip the details
• Can lift equipment (up to 50lbs) and safely operate power tools
• Comfortable with 10-15 hours a week during slower months and 30+ hours a week during busier months

• Lives within a sustainable commute of St. Clair Shores (job requires daily start at office-warehouse)

Field Technician- Transportation - Benefits:
