Position Summary:

Provide courier service for the pick-up and delivery of specimens, reports, supplies, mail and e-rays. Drive daily from hospital to offices, vendors, clinics, satelllite stations, rest home facilities and other healthcare facilities in the hospital vehicles. Pick up and deliver mail, supplies, etc. to hospital and outlying facilities. Post and sort mail. Keep daily log of daily functions and advise when vehicle maintenance is needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be age 25 or older for insurance purposes. Must possess a valid driver's license and safe driving record. Ability to communicate and build rapport with clients. Ability to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Ability to express and exchange ideas via spoken word during activities in which details must be conveyed or important spoken instructions given to others accurately, sometimes quickly and loudly.
