Behavioral Med Response Team Therapist at Willis-Knighton Health System – Shreveport, Louisiana

JOB SUMMARY:
The response team therapist/social worker shall be responsible for facilitating the delivery of quality treatment services and the functioning of the multidisciplinary team through the provision of specific treatment modalities.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s degree and Licensed in Social Work or other Licensed Mental Health Professional.
• Must have been trained to perform Mental Health, Substance Abuse and Suicide Risk assessments.
• Minimum of two years post-academic experience in the field of treatment.
• Writing and communications skills as necessary to do the job.
• Ability to function as a team member with an interdisciplinary approach.
