We are seeking a motivated Personal Injury Attorney with 13 years of experience to join our growing legal team. The ideal candidate will be licensed to practice law in North Carolina and have a strong interest in representing injured clients with professionalism, empathy, and dedication. This position offers the opportunity to manage your own caseload, gain courtroom experience, and work closely with senior attorneys on complex personal injury matters.
Salary: $85,000-102,500/yearResponsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of personal injury claims from intake through resolution, including negotiation, settlement, and trial preparation.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, discovery requests, motions, and other court filings.
• Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates, gather information, and ensure excellent client service.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
• Participate in mediations, depositions, and court hearings.
• Collaborate with investigators, medical professionals, and experts to build strong cases.
• Maintain detailed case documentation and adhere to all deadlines and ethical requirements.

Requirements:

• Active North Carolina Bar license in good standing (required).
• 13 years of experience practicing law, preferably in personal injury, civil litigation, or insurance defense.
