The OpportunityThe Partner Engineer, Voice AI, serves as a trusted advisor to external partners, independently managing mid-scale integration projects. Provides technical leadership and begins influencing internal product direction.What You'll Do

• Own medium-complexity partner integrations end-to-end
• Advise partners on technical architecture and solution tradeoffs
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams on system improvements
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree with 5–7 years of related experience, or Master’s with 3+ years
• Deep technical knowledge of SDKs, APIs, and cloud architectures
• Experience leading integration projects and managing partner expectations
• Strong presentation and persuasion skills
• Proven track record of balancing partner needs with internal priorities
