About This Position
Basic & Master Esthetics Instructor: Seeking a Polished Professional Esthetics Instructor to join our dynamic team!
Qualifications
•Virginia DPOR Esthetics or Master Esthetics Instructor License in the STATE OF VIRGINIA!
• Should have experience with Microsoft Office/Google applications, experience with email and Internet communications
Minimum of 3 years working in this field
Monday-Thursday Online & In-Person
We have the following Time Slots:
9:00am-2:00pm
2:00pm-6:00pm
6:00pm-10:00pm (payment differential)!
Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Licensed in the state of Virginia
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively explain complex concepts and techniques to students with varying levels of understanding.
Patient and Supportive: Ability to provide patient guidance and support to students as they develop high-level competencies.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to assist in preparing instructional materials, coordinating activities, and managing student records.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with the instructor, students, and other teaching assistants to create a positive and productive learning environment.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure prompt communication in an in person/virtual environment.
Professionalism: Maintain a professional and ethical demeanor while interacting with students, colleagues, and staff members.
Continuous Learning: A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with advancements in the field of acupuncture. Must stay on top of all your licensing requirements.
Responsibilities: Including but not limited to:
- Assuring the provision of high-quality discussions, learning, and communication
- Grading course materials such as quizzes, and tests
- Must be able to follow and comply with all state compliance laws/requirements i.e. HIPAA
- Prepare and present program material to meet program/course objectives i.e. PowerPoint slides and class assignments.
- Maintain accurate student attendance, assignments, and grades in STARS.
- Assuring the provision of high-quality discussions, learning, and communication.
- Grading course materials such as papers, quizzes, and tests.
- Assisting students with navigating in an online or in person environment.
