Provides in home nursing care to patients under direction of Home Health Nurse, utilizing the established plan of care in accordance of physician orders and philosophy of Shannon Home Health. Works in conjunction with all disciplines as a team to provide quality patient care.
Job Requirements:
Education
- Associates Degree of Nursing - Required
Experience
- 1 year in Healthcare/Medical - LVN, Required
- 1 year in Home Health, Required
Certification & Licensure
- Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) License (Texas) - Required
- CPR - Required
- BLS - Required
- Valid driver's license - Required
- Auto Liability Insurance - Required
