Patient &Treatment Coordinator at Access Health Dental – Las Vegas, Nevada

Access Health Dental is a fast-paced, growing, local team of dental practices and business professionals who are seeking to expand our super awesome, always-smiling team…that’s where you come in! We are seeking a Treatment Coordinator for an exciting opportunity to directly contribute to the success of the practice and our company! You will conduct Treatment Presentations to ensure the patient understands their diagnosed treatment to improve their oral health, including coordinating financial arrangements. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform Treatment Presentations to explain a patient’s Treatment Plan, including coordination of financial arrangements, insurance, benefits, and ensure the patient’s understanding and acceptance of diagnosed treatment
• Coordinate necessary appointments for dental care throughout all phases of a patient’s Treatment Plan
• Assist the Practice Manager and Patient Coordinator with daily front-desk administrative tasks
• Provide exceptional service to ensure patient expectations are met and exceeded
• Maintain a professional and appropriate appearance and demeanor at all times, in accordance with our company’s Culture Guide and Values, while dealing with patients and team members

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
• Minimum of two years of customer-facing Dental Treatment Coordination required
• Strong written and verbal communication, listening, and organizational skills required
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with a positive attitude
• Knowledge of dental insurance plans and dental terminology preferred
