Job Description:

Pepsi MidAmerica is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual for our Night Shift Relay/Spotter position. In this role, you’ll assist with the safe and efficient movement of trailers within our facility, ensuring that all deliveries and pickups are on schedule. Responsibilities include spotting trailers, inspecting loads, and working closely with team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the night.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spot and position trailers in the appropriate docks or staging areas
• Perform load checks to ensure safety and compliance
• Communicate with warehouse and driver teams to coordinate movement
• Maintain a safe work environment, following all company and industry standards

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required)
• Ability to work night shifts and in varying weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
