We are experiencing continuous growth and have an immediate opening for a Marketing Coordinator. This hybrid position requires working in our Richmond, BC, office Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.
Responsibilities:
- Upload and manage SKUs and assets to Home Depot Salesforce for CA and US websites.
- Execute digital updates, including new assets, copy, product SKUs, and general website information.
- Order signage and coordinate delivery to correct locations in CA and the US.
- Produce templated signage, including brochures, flyers, and in-store signage.
- Coordinate logistics for marketing events, trade shows, and corporate events.
- Prepare analytical reports, marketing metrics, and presentation decks.
- Conduct administrative analysis, such as performance and research.
- Execute and manage departmental requests for marketing-administrative tasks.
- Organize and maintain digital files and the marketing collateral library.
- Support the marketing team with daily administrative projects and task needs.
- Track project timelines, workflows, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Proofread copy, design, and art materials across various media channels.
Qualifications:
- Minimum post-secondary degree or equivalent in Business or Arts (or equivalent work experience).
- Highly tech-savvy with strong digital and technical skills.
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
- Ability to multitask.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom is a definite asset.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with building materials, homes, and the construction industry is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation: Starting from $50,000 per year based on experience.
