Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Longview and Vancouver, WA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, a passion for problem-solving, and a commitment to delivering top-notch service to our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues, providing effective solutions and recommendations.
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify potential problems and ensure optimal system performance.
  • Collaborate with team members and customers to ensure clear communication and understanding of service needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client questions and concerns with professionalism.
  • Keep accurate records of services performed and parts used.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technology advancements, and best practices in HVAC services.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; completion of HVAC vocational training is preferred.
  • Proven experience as an HVAC technician, with a minimum of 2 years working in the field.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., EPA 608, NATE) are a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and perform tasks in various weather conditions.
