Restaurant Server at Rand Tower – Minneapolis, Minnesota

We're looking for a talented Restaurant Server who will welcome and serve customers, take and deliver orders with a friendly "can-do" attitude and is responsible for the prompt, courteous service to restaurant guests.

• Take and serve food and beverage orders.
• Record all sales using the appropriate POS system and follow all cash handling procedures. All guest payments are processed according to established procedures.
• Ensure alcohol awareness procedures are in place and notify supervisor of any guest incidents.
• Completes opening and closing side-work consistent with property expectations.
• Provide the highest quality of service to guests at all times.
• Perform all other duties deemed necessary by management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Able to carry trays and move items weighing up to 30 pounds.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Thorough knowledge of menus.
