LPN OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH at H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center – Tampa, Florida

We are looking for an LPN for our Occupational Health Clinic:

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides care to Moffitt Team members in accordance with established Occupational
Health guidelines, nursing care standards, and Moffitt Policy & Procedures. Coordinates, provides, and documents
direct team member/ patient care in accordance with established standards & regulatory guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION:

• Minimum Required: High School Diploma/GED
• Preferred: Associates

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:

• Minimum Required:
  • Valid Florida LPN, and BLS
  • Minimum of 1 year direct patient care experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of phlebotomy experience
  • Experience with various computer software programs
• Preferred:
  • Minimum of 1 year Occupational Health experience
  • Minimum of 3 years direct patient care experience
  • Minimum of 1 year for ambulatory services such as clinics
  • DOT certification for Urine and Breath Alcohol Testing
  • Experience with qualitative and quantitative Respirator Fit Testing
  • Bilingual (English/ Spanish).
