About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Certified Nurse Aide to join our team in MN. As a Certified Nurse Aide, you will be responsible for providing direct care to our patients, assisting them with daily living activities, and ensuring their comfort and safety. You will work closely with our nursing staff to provide the highest level of care to our patients.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Active Certified Nurse Aide license in the state of MN
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a long-term care or hospital setting
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Additional healthcare certifications, such as CPR or First Aid

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and report any changes to the supervisory staff
• Assist with patient mobility and transfers
• Maintain a clean and safe patient environment
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Skills:

As a Certified Nurse Aide, you will utilize your strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide compassionate care to our patients. You will also use your physical strength and mobility skills to assist patients with daily living activities and transfers. In addition, you will use your attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain a clean and safe patient environment. Your ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with healthcare team members will be essential to providing the highest level of care to our patients.
