About This Position

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Assembler to join our Team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and experience working with various tools and equipment. This role involves assembling components and products efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble products according to specifications and blueprints, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and effectively.
  • Work on the assembly line, collaborating with team members to meet production goals.
  • Fabricate parts as needed to complete assemblies.
  • Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area within the factory or warehouse environment.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or factory setting is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools is essential.
  • Basic mechanical knowledge to understand assembly processes
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and production demands.
  • Assembling, wiring, and adjusting precision units.
  • Tests and calibrates parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications.
  • Uses hand tools and power tools to assemble units according to product specifications.
  • Identifies units that fail tests or tolerance levels and repairs as necessary.
  • Sets-up and operates a packaging machine in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
  • Fills, secures, and labels containers according to company, customer and/or regulatory specifications.
  • Verifies goods packaged against production work orders.
  • Reads and interprets blueprints and diagrams.
  • Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field.
  • Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
  • Required to perform basic data entry.
  • Must be able to stand, sit, and/or stoop for the duration of the work day.
  • Must be able to lift at least 35 lbs
  • Works under immediate supervision.
  • Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
  • All duties as assigned etc.
  • Flexibility, Reliability and dependibility is a must.
  • Reports to Assembly Manager.
