Job Summary

• Provide cutting edge medical surgical care with manageable nurse to patient ratios of 1 to 3-4
• Perform assessments, develop plans of care, implement and evaluate care
• Nurses are members of a collaborative team to assure the safe and accurate delivery of care.

Education and/or Experience

• Graduate of nursing program in August 2025
• Previous healthcare experience preferred

Licensure/Certification/Registration

• Eligible in August 2025 for licensing as a Registered Nurse in the state of South Dakota and/or meeting the requirements of multi-state license required.
• BLS and ACLS preferred--will be provided if not present on hire
• Certification encouraged--may be eligible for hourly differential

Work Schedule

Day/Night Shift, e/o wknd/hol, occas call; 72hrs/2wks

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

• $32.00 - $46.50 per hour
