About the Role:

We are seeking a Home Cleaner to join our team in Frederick, MD. As a Home Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' homes are clean and tidy. Your attention to detail and thoroughness will be essential in providing a high-quality service to our clients. You will work independently and as part of a team to complete cleaning tasks efficiently and effectively. Your work will directly contribute to our clients' satisfaction and our company's success.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in home cleaning or related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience using cleaning equipment and supplies
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings

Responsibilities:

• Clean and tidy clients' homes according to company standards and client preferences
