The student will work alongside the CMMS Administrator to review and update data using various tools. This role might involve: updating data in spreadsheets and our work order software, walkthroughs of campus spaces, assisting with inventory audits, sharing ideas for connecting with students, and researching and developing tools to better monitor metrics.Requirements:Prior coursework in Engineering, Computer Science OR Business is required to prepare the student with a basic familiarity of engineering concepts before working with Facilities equipment data. This work might interest an Engineering student who is interested in Facilities Operations/Construction or a Business/Computer Science student who is interested in Data Analysis/Data Science. Experience with Microsoft Excel/other data tools is preferred.Additional Information:Physical Demands Summary:

• Ability to complete campus walkthroughs including small mechanical spaces
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• May be exposed to hot/cold conditions in mechanical spaces
