We are seeking an experienced Busser to join our service team at Carmine's to support our Servers and set up our dining areas thoroughly. If you enjoy a fast-paced way of working and want to kickstart your career in an enjoyable environment, we'd love to meet you!

Your Role with Us:

• Bussers set the stage for the guests experience and ensure the dining room is always ready before guests are seated; responsible for clearing tables, resetting tables with white tablecloths to restaurant specifications, providing water service and wrapping leftovers for guests.
• Providing water, bread to guests in assigned area immediately upon being seated.
• Working with large parties' reservations; assisting in putting together and breaking apart tables to the party's specifications.
• Support the Servers on the floor and make sure the guests have a pleasant dining experience.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador, engaging the guest about both Carmine's and Virgil's locations and inviting them back again for Special Events and Catering experiences.
• Restocking all glassware, silverware and dishware accordingly.
• Overall cleaning of the dining room floor and bar areas and responsible for some additional cleaning and sanitation.
• Complete all side work necessary at the end of every shift.

We Are Looking for Candidates:

• Ideally, with Busser experience in a high-volume restaurant environment.
• Who are professional, personable, organized with a sense of humor and a strong passion for hospitality.
• With open flexibility to work various shifts.
• Able to follow direction and have a sense of urgency to get the work done.
• Able to Maintain health and safety regulations at all kitchen and dining areas.

Compensation: $500-$800 weekly
