The Role:

We are currently seeking an energetic and experienced Sever Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Sever Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in the service team, contributing to the overall excellence of our dining experience. What You’ll Do

• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Place new tablecloths, plates, cutlery, and glasses
• Ensure seamless and timely service, anticipating and exceeding guests' expectations.
• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with finesse and courtesy.
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in the dining area.
• Assist in creating bills by providing accurate order information

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year experience in a fine dining or high-volume hospitality environment
• Previous experience in a restaurant environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service.

Physical Requirements

• To successfully perform the essential functions of this position, candidates should meet the following physical requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation:
• Ability to remain in a stationary position for 8 or more hours during a shift
• Ability to work in an environment with varying noise and lighting levels
