We are currently seeking an energetic and customer-focused Part-Time Leasing Consultant to join our team in Portsmouth, VA at Sterling King Apartments. This role offers a great opportunity to gain experience in property management while maintaining a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Greet prospective residents, answer inquiries, and conduct property tours
- Explain leasing terms, complete applications, and assist with move-in processes
- Maintain accurate records of traffic, leasing activity, and resident communications
- Assist with marketing efforts and community events
- Provide outstanding customer service to current and future residents
Qualifications:
- Previous leasing or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule, including some weekends
- Proficiency with leasing software (Yardi) and Microsoft Office a plus
