Position Summary
We are looking for a data-driven problem solver to join our IT team as an IT Data Analyst. In this role, you’ll work on a variety of exciting projects that turn raw data into actionable insights. You'll support data integrity, generate performance reports, and collaborate across departments to help drive data-informed decisions.

What You’ll Do
Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets using SQL, Excel, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

Automate reporting processes to support IT and business operations

Analyze trends and create data visualizations that drive strategic decisions

Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Executive teams

Support data governance, quality, and accuracy initiatives

Assist with building and maintaining dashboards and reporting systems
Data Analyst responsibilities include:

• Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques
• Developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
• Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases

What We’re Looking For
1–3+ years of experience in a data analyst, IT analyst, or similar role

Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)

Basic scripting knowledge (Python or R is a plus)

Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail

Clear communicator with ability to explain technical data to non-technical users

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or equivalent experience
