Compensation: $110,000- $130,000

Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience
- $10,000 sign-on bonus paid after 90 days of continuous employment
- $10,000 performance bonus paid after 12 months of continuous employment

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership & Operations
Oversee and manage all clinical operations, ensuring delivery of high-quality ABA services
Lead regular team meetings to review client progress, address concerns, and ensure treatment fidelity
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive client care
Assessment & Treatment Planning
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments
Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
Review and interpret client data to make data-driven clinical decisions and adjust programming as needed
Supervision & Training
Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and performance feedback to BCBAs, RBTs, and other team members
Train and guide parents, caregivers, and staff on ABA strategies and behavior management
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure compliance with BACB ethical standards, funding source requirements, and company policies
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and reports
Qualifications
Certification: Active BCBA credential in good standing
Experience & Skills: Strong clinical and leadership skills, including supervision of ABA staff
Communication: Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and verbal/written communication abilities
Other Requirements: Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and family-centered care

Schedule: Full-time
Location: Based on client site; may include occasional travel as needed
