Putnam County, FL | Full-Time | School, Home, and Community-Based Care
Competitive salary + rural stipend + bonuses available

  • $64,000-$68,000
  • Performance Bonuses available up to $5,000

We’re seeking a Mental Health Clinician to provide therapeutic support to children, adolescents, and families throughout Putnam County. This role blends clinical excellence with flexibility, creativity, and a strong wraparound team approach.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary clinician for up to 15 youth
  • Conduct mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide individual and family therapy in various community settings
  • Maintain timely, compliant documentation
  • Collaborate with care teams, caregivers, and external partners
  • Deliver wraparound services and advocate for clients navigating complex systems
  • Offer flexible scheduling to accommodate family needs outside standard hours

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
  • 2+ years of clinical experience with youth and families
  • Valid Florida driver’s license
  • Successful Level 2 background screen and drug test
