Putnam County, FL | Full-Time | School, Home, and Community-Based Care
Competitive salary + rural stipend + bonuses available
- $64,000-$68,000
- Performance Bonuses available up to $5,000
- $500 sign-on bonus paid at 90 days and $500 retention bonus paid at 1 year anniversary

We’re seeking a Mental Health Clinician to provide therapeutic support to children, adolescents, and families throughout Putnam County. This role blends clinical excellence with flexibility, creativity, and a strong wraparound team approach.

Core Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary clinician for up to 15 youth
- Conduct mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual and family therapy in various community settings
- Maintain timely, compliant documentation
- Collaborate with care teams, caregivers, and external partners
- Deliver wraparound services and advocate for clients navigating complex systems
- Offer flexible scheduling to accommodate family needs outside standard hours
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- 2+ years of clinical experience with youth and families
- Valid Florida driver’s license
- Successful Level 2 background screen and drug test
