Set directly on the shoreline, Shoal Bay Country Club is one of the most iconic hospitality destinations in Port Stephens. Guests visit for long lunches, sunset drinks and memorable dining experiences overlooking the water.

Atmos is our Greek-inspired restaurant, known for shared-style dining, lively service and warm hospitality.

THE ROLE

We’re looking for confident Section Waiters who take pride in running their section and delivering seamless service from start to finish.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing your own section and delivering outstanding service
• Guiding guests through the menu and making food and wine recommendations
• Running orders smoothly from arrival to final course
• Maintaining high presentation and service standards
• Working closely with a supportive and fast-paced FOH team
• Thriving during busy services in a premium restaurant environment

This role involves night and weekend shifts on a rotating roster.

ABOUT YOU

You’re polished, confident and passionate about great hospitality.

You’ll bring:

• Experience as a Section Waiter in a full-service restaurant
• Confidence managing busy sections and high-volume service
• Strong communication skills and natural rapport with guests
• Solid food and wine knowledge
• A positive, proactive attitude and team-first mindset
• Current NSW RSA
