Job Summary:

The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for managing the full-cycle accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely payment of vendors, maintaining financial records, and supporting the accounting team with reconciliations and reporting. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to collaborate across departments.

What You'll Do:

  • Review, approve, and process invoices accurately and timely
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Manage credit card transactions, reconciliations, and payments
  • Post and verify financial transactions in accounting systems
  • Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation
  • Respond to vendor inquiries professionally and promptly
  • Assist with general ledger reconciliations and reporting
  • Support audits and special accounting projects as needed
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
