You will act as the operational backbone of client accounts, ensuring projects run smoothly, timelines are respected, and performance targets are consistently monitored. Working at the intersection of strategy, execution, and client communication, you will help translate marketing data into actionable insights and growth opportunities. The position combines project coordination, client relationship management, and performance analysis in a fast-paced agency-style environment. Accountabilities:
  • Manage ongoing client relationships through consistent communication, performance updates, and proactive issue resolution while ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Coordinate and oversee marketing projects from initiation to completion, aligning internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to deliver campaigns on time and within scope.
  • Support SEO and PPC initiatives by tracking KPIs such as ROI, traffic growth, conversion rates, and budget utilization, identifying optimization and revenue growth opportunities.
  • Prepare performance reports and data-driven recommendations to guide strategic decisions and upsell or cross-sell additional services when relevant.
  • Oversee client onboarding processes, maintain accurate documentation, and manage support systems to ensure operational continuity and accountability.
  • Facilitate cross-department collaboration, organize meetings, track action items, and contribute to workflow improvements that enhance team productivity.
  • Provide flexible support for special projects and evolving marketing priorities as needed.

  • Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in a digital marketing agency environment supporting SEO and PPC campaigns.
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO best practices, with the ability to interpret and communicate performance data effectively.
  • Proven experience managing client relationships and coordinating multiple marketing projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with confidence engaging internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • High level of organization, time management, and attention to detail in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
  • Experience with marketing project coordination, documentation processes, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
  • Availability to work full-time, aligned with CST hours (8am5pm).
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Familiarity with CRM/helpdesk tools, SEO platforms, analytics tracking systems, and basic website fundamentals (nice to have).
