Cleaning Supervisor | 2nd Shift | Battle Creek, MI at Scioto Services – Augusta, Michigan

Requirements:

• You must be 18 years or older.
• A pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check are required.
• You must have a valid driver's license.
• Able to lift up to 30lbs.

Job Duties:

Assists the Site Operations Manager in overseeing a team executing a high level of customer care for a significant account within the assigned regions and will drive the Leadership Engagement Growth & Safety (LEGS) strategy of the Company. The Shift Supervisor oversees all daily operations with the management staff in direct responsibility for operations, quality, safety and account management, and will assist in managing and developing the team.

• Builds a strong and safe culture and working environment for direct reports
• Supervises and coordinates activities of workers at the job site
• Inspects work performed by employees to ensure quality is up to specifications and established standards
• Conducting new hires trainings
• Ordering supplies
• On call emergency cleanups
• May be required to work some overtime due to business needs
• Coverage during the shift when required due to call offs or vacancies
