Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives
• Manage and mentor the sales team to ensure individual and team performance goals are met
• Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and leadership teams
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Drive revenue growth and expand market presence
• Utilize CRM tools and sales automation platforms to improve efficiency
• Lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams, including remote teams
• Monitor sales performance metrics and report progress to executive leadership
• Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
• Ensure alignment between sales initiatives and overall business objectives
• Other duties as assigned

Required Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 5+ years of Sales Management experience within Transportation, Logistics, or Warehousing industries
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze market data and adjust strategies effectively
• Experience working with CRM systems and sales tools
• Strong organizational and strategic planning skills

Preferred Experience:

• Masters degree (MBA or related field)
• Experience managing remote sales teams
• Experience implementing sales automation tools
• Established network within transportation/logistics industry
