In this role, you will lead the successful delivery of complex SaaS implementations, guiding customers from initial kickoff through go-live and stabilization. Acting as both a project leader and trusted advisor, you will bridge business needs with technical solutions to ensure seamless adoption and measurable outcomes. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams while managing stakeholder expectations and driving project execution. • Own and lead end-to-end software implementation projects, from kickoff through go-live and post-launch transition
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies
• Oversee scope, risks, assumptions, and change management processes
• Facilitate internal and client-facing meetings, ensuring clear and proactive communication
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across sales, product, engineering, and customer success teams
• Translate customer requirements into system configurations and implementation strategies
• Lead testing cycles, user acceptance testing (UAT), and solution walkthroughs
• Deliver training sessions and support user adoption throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing relationships and expectations
• Identify improvement opportunities, contribute to best practices, and support team mentorship initiatives

• 5–8+ years of experience in project management, implementation consulting, or technical services
• Proven experience implementing complex SaaS or enterprise software solutions
• Strong project management expertise, including planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication
• Demonstrated ability to engage with executive stakeholders and navigate complex organizations
• Experience mentoring or coaching team members in a professional setting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to balance structured delivery with adaptability in fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies is a plus
• Technical knowledge such as SQL, XML, or system integrations is advantageous
• Experience in EHS, ESG, compliance, or regulated industries is preferred
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM) or equivalent experience are a plus
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to align technical solutions to business needs
