CNC Operator at MPD INTEGRATION LLC – Dane, Wisconsin

The CNC Operator will be responsible for operating, programming and maintaining the CNC machine.

Operating the CNC includes:

• Loading and unloading the machine of materials weighing up to 75lbs.
• Measuring, marking and counting parts to ensure quality and quantity of required parts
• Managing inventory of CNC related tools, parts and raw materials
• Running the correct programs for the required parts

Programming the CNC includes:

• Reading and converting part drawings for the CNC program
• Ensuring the correct bit sizes are programmed and used
• Creating efficient set ups for quick execution

Maintaining the CNC includes:

• Keeping the CNC and surrounding area clean during and after the work shift
• Routine maintenance
• Manage inventory of CNC supplies, tools and parts

A qualified CNC Operator will have at least 1 year of experience operating a CNC machine or an equivalent machine.

A qualified person will also be able to stand for long periods of time, bend, squat and lift up to 75lbs on a daily basis.

Candidates will also need to be knowledgeable with basic programming, measuring to a 1/16" and blueprints.
