We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Second Shift Supervisor to lead and coordinate daily production activities. This role is responsible for supervising a team engaged in all phases of manufacturing, ensuring high-quality output and on-time delivery while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

The ideal candidate will lead by example, support team development, and ensure operations run smoothly by aligning labor, materials, and production schedules.

The job details

• Oversee and coordinate daily operations, including production, staging, and shipping of products.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and is completed efficiently and on schedule.
• Train, coach, and mentor team members; promote accountability and strong team morale.
• Assign and evaluate work; provide feedback and recommend disciplinary actions when needed.
• Enforce safety policies and maintain a safe working environment at all times.
• Monitor production progress and communicate updates or changes with Plant Manager.
• Prepare and manage labor and material needs to support production schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of production, labor hours, and team performance.
• Support inventory management and ensure work areas are clean and organized.
• Assist with equipment operation and perform minor maintenance as needed.
• Respond to questions from team members, drivers, vendors, and leadership.
• Remain flexible to adjust schedules and priorities based on production demands.
