Golf Bag Attendant - Outside Services at Imperial Golf Club Inc – Naples, Florida

The Golf Bag Attendant plays a key role in delivering a welcoming and efficient golf experience for members and guests. This position supports daily golf operations through cart setup, bag handling, and practice facility maintenance, while providing professional and attentive service. The ideal candidate is dependable, team-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

• Greet members and guests with a professional and courteous demeanor
• Assist with loading/unloading golf bags and anticipate guest needs
• Prepare, stage, clean, and charge golf carts
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cart barn and work areas
• Tag, store, and clean member and guest golf equipment
• Maintain bag storage and rental equipment
• Collect, clean, and restock range balls and practice areas
• Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Golf Operations

• Part-time, approximately 1–2 days per week
• Must be available Sunday afternoons
• Additional hours may be available based on business needs

• Basic knowledge of golf preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, reliable, and service-oriented
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active for extended periods
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying
• Ability to safely handle golf equipment and perform physical tasks
• Work outdoors in heat, humidity, sun exposure, and occasional rain

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
• Background check required
