Join a leading autonomous ride-hailing program and play a key role in bringing self-driving technology to real-world streets. As a Vehicle Operator, you’ll work hands-on with advanced vehicles, supporting daily testing, ensuring safety, and helping engineering teams improve performance and reliability. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to cutting-edge technology while contributing directly to the future of mobility.

Schedule Options:
Day Shift: 7:45 AM – 4:15 PM
Night Shift: 3:45 PM – 12:15 AM

Workdays Available:
• Thursday–Monday
• Wednesday–Sunday
• Friday–Tuesday
• Saturday–Wednesday
• (Night shift also includes Tuesday–Saturday)

Pay & Bonuses:
• $25/hour base
• +5% weekend bonus
• +2% night shift bonus
• Up to 7% total bonus on weekend nights

• Drive test vehicles 4–8 hours per day (safety-focused)
• Monitor vehicle systems and respond to real-time situations
• Support vehicle operations and on-road testing
• Perform basic software and hardware tasks
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and preventative maintenance
• Document issues and provide detailed feedback to engineering teams
• Assist with logistics, vehicle readiness, and cleanliness
• Represent the program professionally when interacting with the public

✔ Clean driving record + no criminal history
✔ Comfortable driving for long periods (6–8 hours/day)
✔ Basic technical / troubleshooting skills
✔ Strong communication (written & verbal)
✔ Detail-oriented with a proactive, safety-first mindset

Bonus Qualifications:
• Technical background (IT, engineering, automotive, or similar)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Military background
