  • Support design, integration, and deployment of new AV/VTC capabilities
  • Provide on-site customer support and training for end users and executive stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation, diagrams, and service reports
  • Coordinate with vendors, engineers, and IT teams to resolve complex issues
  • Support high-visibility meetings and executive-level VTC events
  • Participate in on-call rotation and after-hours support as required
What you will bring:
  • Active DoD TS/SCI clearance
  • Security+ CE (DoD 8570 IAT Level II) certification
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5–10+ years of experience supporting AV/VTC systems in enterprise or DoD environments
  • Technical Experience:

    • AV systems (Crestron, AMX, DSPs, control processors)
    • IP networking (TCP/IP, switching, routing basics)
    • AV installation (rack building, cabling, hardware integration)
    • Troubleshooting complex AV/VTC and network issues
  • Skills:

    • Strong problem-solving and diagnostic ability
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills
    • Ability to operate in fast-paced, mission-critical environments
    • Strong documentation and organizational skills
