This position is located on-site in Ripon, WI.
Standard Work Hours:
Friday - Sunday 4pm - 4am
Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $30.97 - $34.53, commensurate with experience and qualifications

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring and testing instruments in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer's specifications
- Service and troubleshoot various equipment including motors, advanced hydraulic and pneumatic systems, welding equipment, pumps, conveyor systems, and production machines
- Prepare and commission new machines for operation following established protocols and procedures
- Perform regular technical testing to ensure equipment safety and operational efficiency
- Collect and analyze machine operation data to identify improvement opportunities
- Recommend and implement actions to reduce machine downtime and improve reliability
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to document work orders, track maintenance activities, and maintain accurate equipment records

What You Need To Succeed:
- Preferred Two-year Associate degree and 2-4 years’ work experience required.
- Ability to utilize a computer to search for parts and enter work into a CMMS

- Standing for a long period, sitting, manual dexterity, stooping, bending
- Passing a pre-employment physical including a baseline test of lifting a minimum of 50 pounds
- Passing a pre-employment drug screen and background check
