This role is focused on leading end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects in a fully remote environment. You will be responsible for ensuring successful delivery of complex ERP initiatives by balancing scope, budget, timeline, and quality while maintaining strong client satisfaction. Acting as the central coordination point between clients, solution architects, and internal teams, you will drive execution through structured planning and proactive project governance. The position requires strong leadership and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across technical and business functions. You will also play a key role in improving delivery processes, mentoring team members, and ensuring best practices in project execution. This is a high-impact role for a seasoned project manager who thrives in dynamic, client-facing environments and enjoys delivering large-scale transformation programs.

• Lead full lifecycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, timeline, and quality expectations
• Develop comprehensive project plans in collaboration with clients, aligning resources, timelines, and business objectives
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational standards
• Monitor and manage project budgets, hours, forecasts, and resource allocations, making adjustments as needed
• Coordinate closely with solution architects and internal teams to ensure tasks and milestones are delivered on schedule
• Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, and client status updates to ensure transparency and alignment
• Manage risks, issues, and escalations with strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
• Maintain accurate reporting on project progress, financials, and resource utilization
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring consistent communication and satisfaction
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support continuous enhancement of project delivery methodologies
• Provide mentorship and guidance to other project managers and team members on best practices

• 7+ years of project management experience covering full project lifecycle execution
• Proven experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or ERP implementations end-to-end
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and familiarity with the Power Platform
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
• Experience building strong client relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools
• Preferred certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior project managers is a plus
